The Year is 2007. We have long survived the scare of Y2K ,yet a few more years closer to Myan Calandar. The Post-Punk era is finally rising back from it's silent grave, it comes in full circle and in differnt forms. One the bands helping out in bring back this beautiful expression of music is 80:85 hailing for the trendy controlled heat stroke streets of Miami. Once members of short lived musical acts Lions Lions and Lions - Our Last Days as Children, they have now joined together in a display of freely written melodic tunes, head bobing beats, catchy vocal lines, and live performances that will leave a smile on your face. Along side with other brother bands in the local scene of South Florida, they're setting out to completely change the the musical community in hopes to open everyone's ears to different styles of groups, breaking the chians of the listen to "what's in style" era. Listen intelligently and Obey. 80:85 is one of the newest members to the Bulit On Strength lable, they consist of Three Spics and A Jew. There is no Glamour in what these youngs gents do.
